The site is published by the people who operate campingandcaravanclubsites.com. This notice does not name a limited company, a company number or a registered office, because those details are not published here. Questions about your information can be sent to hello@campingandcaravanclubsites.com.

If you send an enquiry, we store the details you type: name, email, phone, travel dates, party size and message, plus the page you sent it from. A separate checkbox records whether you asked for touring tips. Reviews and questions are stored only if you submit them.

We do not ask for payment card details. Bookings happen on the club or operator site you leave for.

Google Analytics 4 (measurement id G-SFD9CZPZKV) is loaded with Consent Mode. Storage defaults to denied, before any analytics event, until you accept on the banner or the cookies page. Events such as page views, search, and outbound clicks do not include your name, email or phone number. IP anonymisation is turned on. We do not use Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels or a tag manager of our own.

Maps use Leaflet and tiles from OpenStreetMap. Requesting a tile sends your IP address to the OpenStreetMap tile servers. That is their processing, not a cookie we set.

Enquiry details are kept so we can reply and, if you opted in, send occasional touring notes. You can unsubscribe from those notes. We do not sell personal information. Hosting is on Vercel and the directory database is on Supabase; those processors handle the data needed to run the site.

If UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies to you, you can ask for a copy of the enquiry or review data we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to marketing. Email hello@campingandcaravanclubsites.com. You can also complain to the ICO in the UK or your local EU supervisory authority. We will not invent a data-protection registration number on this page.
