NAF
noNorges Automobil-Forbund
Founded in 1924, NAF is Norway's largest motoring organisation with more than 500,000 members and 73 local chapters. It runs vehicle test stations, skid-training pads and roadside assistance, and operates a number of campsites. It publishes the monthly magazine Motor and the NAF Veibok road atlas, which appears every three years. NAF marked its centenary in 2024 and is a member of the FIA.
NBCC
noNorsk Bobil og Caravan Club
Founded in 1960 as Norsk Caravan Club, the NBCC is the oldest and largest interest organisation for camping vehicle owners in Norway, with local branches in 11 districts from Lindesnes to Nordkapp. It runs its own campsite chain, NBCC CAMP, and offers members free driving courses, technical vehicle inspections and legal help from experienced lawyers. Its travel committee arranges trips and it hosts national, Nordic and international gatherings. The magazine Bobil og Caravan Magasinet appears up to six times a year. The club belongs to FICC and the Nordic Caravan Council.
